Who established these facts? Established would mean documented. In a court it would mean showing your birth certificate if asked or YOU would lose big time. We are deporting those with fake BC and SS now when we find them. How is Obama exempt from that?

Despite what self-appointed "experts" say on FR, IMHO it hasn't been shown that Obama has a fake birth certificate or SS #. And so far no court has asked the State of Hawaii or Obama to turn over his long-form birth certificate.
Even a lot of people who question whether Obama is a "natural born citizen" still accept that he is a citizen by virtue of having an American mother. Even if something funny turns up about his original birth certificate, he's not going to be deported.
