My new response to these extremely liberal left wing adult crybaby children is that they need to be more tolerant of my insensitivity and sensitive to my lack of tolerance for their ridiculous inane utopian beliefs/LIES.

I agree, the way to make a point with libs from now on, is to start every discussion with “I am offended by.... (eg: Pelosi getting special treatment in American Samoa, etc)”
Using language that they understand.
Frankly, Geithner helped Paulson put together what has been a disaster, I think he is one of the last people that should carry it forward.
The fact that Geithner seems to be the “only person who understands this program” should be sufficient reason for any legislator to veto it. Nothing in this world should be within the understanding of only one person!!!!
I have never tried it on a W-2, but TurboTax has a “forms override” feature that allows you to enter numbers on forms that are not ordinarily open for data entry. Once entered, the calculations are made using the entered value, whatever it is. TurboTax doesn’t bug you about the authenticity of the data.
Martin Feldstein, George F. Baker Professor of Economics at Harvard University and President Emeritus of the National Bureau of Economic Research. ... Wiki refers to him as a conservative.
Per Wiki:
In 2005, Feldstein was widely considered a leading candidate to succeed chairman Alan Greenspan as Chairman of the Federal Reserve .....
A well-known figure on the Harvard campus, Feldstein taught the introductory economics class "Social Analysis 10: Principles of Economics" (referred to as "Ec10" by Harvard students) for twenty years. Ec10 was routinely, and remains, the largest class at Harvard. He currently teaches courses in American economic policy and public sector economics at Harvard College. Ultimately, Feldstein may have made one of his greatest impacts through the remarkable concentration of his students in top echelons of government and academia. These include: Larry Summers, former Harvard president and US Treasury secretary; David Ellwood, dean of Harvard's Kennedy School of Government; and James Poterba, MIT professor and member of Bush's tax reform advisory panel. Lawrence Lindsey, formerly Bush's top economic adviser, wrote his doctoral thesis under Feldstein, as did Harvey S. Rosen, the previous chairman of the president's Council of Economic Advisers, and Glenn Hubbard, Bush's first chairman of the council and now dean of the Columbia Business School.[6]
Feldstein said in March 2008 he believes the United States is in a recession and it could be a severe one.[7]
NOW!!!!!!!!!!! Schumer says he is the conservative pushing the stimulus plan??? look at the WSJ articles he has written lately:

Some economists, like Martin Feldstein, who was chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers under former President Ronald Reagan and is now a Harvard University professor, argue that using the stimulus plan to buy more military items from now until about 2011 would give the economy a needed - but temporary - shot in the arm. By the end of that span, the economy should be back on track and the increase in military purchases could be stopped, he said.
Feldstein pitched this idea in a Dec. 24 Wall Street Journal column.
Exactly... and I would argue no company — like AIG — should ever be so large that we cannot allow it to file for bankruptcy and to fail...
I talked to her (freepmail). She’ll be back soon.
Her Dad’s been in hospital and she stays with him on Sundays.
Well, even Democrat-lite Republicans seem to be afraid of her, I give David Frum’s new site as proof since it has become a trash-Palin site to draw in traffic.
Let's face it you don't control an economy in a free market. They bought into zeros BS lines.
With axelrod turfing the media for all he was worth backed by hundreds of millions of foreign bucks, we wound up with a socialist regime.
How long will it last? Depends on how long it takes the middle to see the light about just how devastating socialism/Marxism, enviros blocking everything from energy to fishing can be.
Truth be known govt. should stay the hell out of a free market economies that are aka capitalism. But these clowns are so power hungry and see such opportunity to steal money on a wholesale basis, not millions this time but "billions",in order to buy everyonbes vote this time its almost unending. The vote buying potential all under the guise of stimulating a dull economy.
Truth is the economy will stimulate itself when the conditions are right.
Govt. can and will never create those conditions and can does little to make it happen one way or the other. Absent tax policy in favor of capitalists someone tell me what they can do.
The criminal trial with Patrick Fitzgerald is another story. Don't forget that this is the same Fitz that got Scooter Libby convicted of lying about a crime that was not committed, so his power of persuasion can be formidable.
The Dems in Illinois also have a lot of procedural problems with Blago: he's arrogant, he stayed in Chicago and visits the governor mansion in Springfield; the annual budget disaster every May-June has extended into September-October, etc. The list is huge, and the made-for-TV movie will probably cover most of them.
One of the basic rules of Chicago Democrat procedures is that no matter how corrupt politicians are, the guy in charge needs to make sure the garbage gets picked up every week, the streets get plowed after snowstorms, and the potholes get filled every spring. Rod Blago forgot that rule, which is the real reason he is being impeached and tried.
Since Obama is also from the same school of politics, it will be interesting to see if he learned this lesson. It may not matter, because we can already see that he has appointed at least 3 Blago clones; Hillary, Holder and Geithner. We all know that they are problems, and in a few years when stuff hits the fan, media types will be wringing their hands and saying, "How did this happen? Where were the warning signs?"
I know we stopped watching it because Alan Colmes was so obnoxious and it turned into a shoutfest. Now we are watching it again.
I suspect a lot of others felt the same way.
They clearly didn’t have to pass history or economics courses to get into law school... if they had we wouldn’t be in this mess for any reason other than fraud and greed.
I love his “what they are really trying to say” segment... the one where they give the speech and then what that person was really saying. Obama will soon be mentioning Hannity, again, along with Rush.
Oh that’s great AB! She has sure been through the mill lately.
thanks pat, sees to make sense.
I love Beck... BTW Rudy made so much sense in what he told Beck... I know many here don’t agree... but he was the best leader in the GOP contest last year.
