An institution of the unconstitutional 'Fairness Doctrine' would be beyond stupid. It would not only take Rush off the air but all the other talk show hosts. Obama would be on his way to lose 2010 elections that would exceed Democrat 1994 loses.
Not if whatever controlling entity declared the other shows as already 'balanced'.
