Perhaps Citibank should have thought twice about becoming welfare queens when they had this order pending. Since the country is always better off every time a welfare queen dies, I hope Citibank and all the other banks on welfare go under before we waste even more money on them.
They may go under no matter how much money they receive...it’s a mess.
