I call those kinds “pseudo-intellectuals”.
Real intelligence is kind, approachable, gentle and has a good sense o fhumor, including about themselves.

I’ve been arguing this since I saw that pic of Obama trying to walk through a window. Same exact line - “remember Bush trying to walk through the locked door?”
Remember: it doesn’t matter that Bush received better grades than Gore. Bush is a moron and Gore is a GENIUS. It doesn’t matter that Bush scored higher on the OSB than Kerry. (OSB = loosely disguised IQ test in the military) Bush is an imbecile and Kerry is Einstein.

Hopefully, he used “intelligencia” ironically, with full knowledge of how to spell it correctly. If this is a gaffe on his part, it undercuts his credibility IMHO. I don’t care to be “schooled” by someone who gives the appearance of having spent too much time on his spitball skills when he should have been paying attention in class. He literally has no business selecting a word he cannot spell as the title of his rant etc.

It wasn’t even a misspellng...it was an outdated alternate spelling.
