A new Rasmussen poll: A majority of GOP voters now say that the party should be more like Sarah Palin.
The numbers: 55% of Republicans say the party should be like Palin, compared to 24% who say they should be like John McCain.
As I've previously noted, poll data like this could indicate that the Republican Party is getting ready to relive the classic cycle of ruling parties who get turned out of power:
With the party base itself shrunk down, the people who are still around are the most hard-line members

These seem to indicate Sarah isn’t asking “enough”.
Eric, I’m guessing that remarkably few Democrats want their party to be more like Joe Biden down the road.
If you want to email him, his email is me@glennbeck.com. I emailed Greta, asking her to correct the record. Greta seems fair and she’s one of the few who will actually verify before she “reports” on something. Her email is ontherecord@foxnews.com“.
You’re terrific for doing that; I hope the Governor nips this in the bud ASAP!
Sarah about 1 block from the White House. Yea...I like that.
Even parsing through the posts just above your comment you’ll noticed Palin doesn’t like aspects of this package but she does want projects for Alaska. Her main thing is: If money is dealt out, we want our fair share. You can read these articles and find that. That’s just fine but she isn’t taking the Sanford position of: Take it elsewhere.
Who cares-she’s pro-choice.
“Someone tell Michael Steele. Yesterday, when interviewed on FNS and asked who the party up-and-comers are, he failed to say Sarahs name!!!!”
That’s a blatant freakin LIE. I watched it and he absolutely DID mention Palin!
There’s something about Glenn Beck I just don’t like. Wish I could explain it. But I did email Greta. She did an outstanding job interviewing Sarah.
Am I surprised at this? Hell no, she should have been running in the primary for President.
Sarah Palin is everything we looked for in a candidate with Primary Challenge, She took on the establishment and beat them in Alaska. She took on corruption and took people down, she sold the governors private jet, she drives herself around that huge state. She went after the big oil companies and instead of the politicians pockets getting lined, Alaska’s residents get payments from big oil. She went right after getting a gas pipeline and it is being built.
Sarah Palin embodies everything we as reformers look for with Primary Challenge.http://primarychallenge.org/ She to me is the face of the Conservative party. And the powers that be hate her, the Democrats, hate her, corrupt politicians, hate her. Why? They are scared to death that she will get in power and go after them and along with her she will bring people like us along.
Time to wake up Republicans, RINO’s and the corrupt. It is time to end this reign of terror of modern day mafia type politics. It’s time to take the country back.
“Chairman Steele did in fact mention Gov. Palin”
He put her behind milk toast Pawlenty though. I don’t like what I am hearing today about Michael Steele. Just sayin.
Not to mention that she and her husband are the model in self reliance that this country sorely needs right now!
I sense in her a quality that is rare...the ability to lead and inspire. Great leaders have it. Time will tell if I'm right about her.
Try this:
glennbeck@foxnews.com (I'm emailing via Blackberry now)
Steele appeared on Sarah Palin radio last month. He had nothing but praise for her.....to quote him, “I LOVE Sarah Palin.” He said he met her in Jan. 2007 and has known her for 2 years.
We will see. He mostly says the right stuff but this party does not need to ‘reach out to pro-choice people and gays’ unless it is to change hearts and minds...period. Just my humble opinion.
” After a good-natured laugh from the audience, he added, “Congratulations on your Golden Globe for ‘30 Rock’.” That was a salute to “Saturday Night Live” and “30 Rock” star Tina Fey, whose Palin imitations turned out to be one of the campaign’s unlikeliest highlights. “
He thinks he’s a late night comedian..................
More like youngsters still wet behind the ears.
I hate to steal a line from the Boss.
But Sarah was “born to run” for the White House.
:)
and as journey would say “dont stop believin” !
