Time for Tennessee to do the same...

Most people don’t understand the 10th Amendment. It gave all the powers not enumerated by the Constitution to the states AND the people. How do the people exorcise that power? By electing representatives to congress. In fact at the time of the amendment state legislators elected the Senate (the power of the states) and the people elected the Reps. (the power of the people). It did not establish a conflict between state and nation, but provided for the control of the nation through the states and the people.
