Might be exactly the excuse he needs to declare martial law.
(I’m beginning to understand why so many states are officially declaring their positions with regard to the Ninth and Tenth Amendments - particularly viz. martial law. A very disturbing trend is developing in the United States.)
The states need to move on the 9th and 10th Amendment flat out. The GOP should assist with it but we need to do it. The vermin are stealing our children’s future.
