The "RED" state governments will rebel first by ignoring Obama edicts.
Then the citizenry of those states will back them up. Perhaps patriots in the military will follow.

The military will not go against the President’s orders. Rebels will then find themselves going up against the most powerful military on the planet without any support from the rest of the world. How long do you think they will last then? A month? Two months?
