Since I have no idea the size of the group we should be planning for I don’t really know. I was thinking along the lines of a city civic center. Do you have something in mind?
I have kids. Are we going to allow for some family oriented time? Like a meet Saturday/play Sunday sort of thing?

My wife's daddy's 90 years birthday in 2002 was celebrated there, and so was his memorial celebration after his death on last July 4. We had great group hotel rates available to us and a room for about a hundred people!!!
