The video clip SHOULD be appearing on the link unless CNBC censors it because it goes against Obama's already failed $8,000 per house bailout scam.

And NYS Gov. Dave "Hot Sheets" Paterson on CNBC shortly.

FWIW

House bought for 800k sold in foreclosure at 500k costs include attorney fees, court costs and time on banks books plus losses. (most forcclosures are bought back for cost of note because bank has an 800k level judgment)

in bankruptcy (assuming law changes back to pre2005)

House in bankruptcy is revalued for 500k and the owner assumes the new loan (IF they can afford it otherwise it just goes to the bank). same 300k write off, much less lawyer fees, NO time on bank books for maintainance, no forclosure sale.

both examples are FREE MARKET WORKING, no BS socialist nonsense doublspeak obama bailout.

No nutjob beltway obamacrats,
No useful idiot reporters or cnbc hairspray set
No komisar cueball.

HOWARD DEAN SQUIRM!

Howard dean near the end of this interview was squirming and obviously angry at being dressed down by CEO Langone

it is about half way through so you can skip the Obamacrat BS. About 4minutes 30 seconds in when Mr. Langone appears side by side.

Why is the DNC chair on CNBC? answer Joe the Plumber came back.

There was fear in howard dean’s eyes.

Howard Dean Grades the Dems 1 hr ago It’s been one month since the Democrats took over the White House, and the Obama administration’s moves to shore up the economy are generating plenty of controversy.

(note: Obama is a CONTROVERSIAL presidency and the producers and editors KNOW IT.)

CNBC’s squak box socialist bimbo is pushing the obama talking point of “cooler heads prevail today”.

Yes they are. But the genie is out of the bottle. It's great that Santelli said what he said on air but whether he did or not, it's the people who get it. They are spending trillions of dollars and there is nothing in it for the people who make this country work. Give us some incentive otherwise, why should we invest? The least they can do is offer ALL mortgage holders the opportunity to refinance at 4.5%. Lose the capital gains tax. Do something for us or there won't be anyone left to collect taxes from. On the local news last night, they had a story on a property tax revolt in one of the towns in NJ. People stormed the townhall and were screaming at the mayor. Their property taxes went up another 20% after a 24% hike last year.

the problem is Obama’s programs are HINDERING not helping.

We need FACILITATION not INTERVENTION.

How about a tax credit over and above for being good about keeping your home.

Even make it a formula. 1-5% tax deduction bonus for keeping your mortgage current at the end of the year.

Government , specifically OBAMA, is making matters worse because they are depressing values even more.

When a house is forclosed, the bank buys the hosue for the value of the judgement. They have to bid the inflated loan value. This means the house that should be going for 1/2 the price is going for the inflated price of the loan.

Just wait, Obama will come out with INvoluntary bankruptcy for home owners.

bank stocks are going to be ugly.

I see what you mean. I just checked the futures. Ugly indeed. By refusing to provide any meaningful incentives in they stimulus, they are essentially saying no to capitalism.

On this day, Howard Dean had no place on CNBC other than damage control.

Obama was manifesting a dean scream in pain at the Trader rebellion.

Did Rick recant this morning? I’m not referring to his apologizing for the word “losers.”

Sounds like Santelli is auditioning for a job at Fox Business Channel. Jeff Immelt is going to fire him as soon as he can.

Actually, he may be 'posturing' for the governor to send him to the Senate to replace Burris...and, since Immelt is sufficiently populist aware, he's more likely to 'promote' him to a quieter spot (that is if he even works for CNBC at all).

That’s why the governor needs to ‘recall’ burris and send santelli to the Senate....Senator trumps Congressman every time!

Howard Dean is attacking Santelli and ignoring the traders around santelli!

Liberal SOP...demonize the messenger...ignore the message! They continue to ignore the reality that most people now see right thru this tactic...while those with a brain can ignore the messenger and 'stay on message' (like Annie Coulter).

I noticed that the D.C. Wonkette is against Rick’s speech. Of course, since she doesn’t produce anything of import, and basically just has sex, goes to parties, gossips, and then blogs about it. The chattering useless waste of skin class.
