All well and good, but if the commies decide that the 10th amendment is garbage (they already have, if you read it carefully, “all powers not granted blah, blah, blah”) then what do we do.

You escalate, starting with 10 amendment resolutions,
then with refusal to enforce federal laws,
then with arrest and expulsion of federal agents,
then... it gets interesting.
I think the time will come when admitting having voted for Obama will be something like pitching holocaust denial or touting eugenics. I refused to have dinner with a distant cousin who admitted he voted for zero, and I told a friend “I may not be able to avoid Obamaniacs at work, but I don’t have to be friends or kin with them.” Until Americans start making their friends, kin, and fellow church-members feel the social pain of shunning someone who wants to kill babies and the Constitution, we won’t get them to understand what a serious mistake they have made. Shaming is a very effective tool. The left uses it all the time. It’s time for the right to start “hating the evil and loving the good.” (Amos 5:15)

I’ve never been a big fan of Mr. Keyes, but in this case his hyperbole and outrage are, I believe, entirely warranted. Good for him for speaking out.

Freedoms first has recently received permission to hold our protest in Washington DC. Our protest will now be held at the lincoln Memorial Reflections Pool in front of the Lincoln memorial ,on a date that will be released on feb 12 2009.
We find this very interesting because just two weeks earlier Washington told us we could no protest in DC for at least a year and a half . But the day the spendulus bill passes we get a call from Washington inviting us with a choice of dates and locations. Folks we take this as a sign that our country if starting to realise the mistake they have made with putting Obama in office.
We will have live speakers and other entertainment for you.
WE would like to see 1 million supporters attend this protest. It is time to take our country back and make our voices heard.
Why are we protesting ?
1. To get the attention of the mainstream media.
2. To demand That Obama Provide proof that he is eligible to be president.
3. To demand that Congress and the Supreme court uphold our constitution.
4. To inform the public on the issue of Obama’s ineligibility to be president of the USA.
5. To demand that they can not take our constitutional rights away.
6. To say no to abortions.

I agree this is probably the fastest method to have a show-down with these cretin. (Cretin- A person that is: brainless, stupid, child-like, and full of pointless information that makes no sense and appeals only to other cretins.)
And it is the right thing to do.
21 states have proposed resolutions. Texas with H.C.R. 50 Concurrent resolution. The resolution is just over 2 pages long, direct, simple, accurate in description of what the Constitution says.
First shot across the bow. Unfortunately like all Commies and Muzzies, they only understand brute force.
My prediction is that either he blinks in the next 6-months, or we will have a real confrontation. I do not look forward to the consequences.

Glen Beck said this morning it is 1860 again and the government knows it. He is doing tonight a show on the worst tat could happen. Keyes will be one of the first to use the lovely detention centers they are making sorry to say.
