I said nothing of the sort. You were the one talking about needing to soak the soil with blood, and NOTHING else. And have you thought that people not as purehearted as your armed patriots might take advantage of the chaos that is brought by revolution?

Perhaps you are confusing me with someone else. I'd pray that we avoid this. Show me where I said that this is the only way, or anything about "soaking the soil"

Of course the Founding Fathers planned, but how could they be assured that everyone would be fed during that time. I'm sure they thought about the horrors,, but decided that it was worth the risk. There was no way that they could be sure the country would be fed during the revolution, and I do not see where they planned to feed the masses during that time.

For someone complaining about being slighted, you sure do allot of it.

You think that the Declaration of Independence was signed without any discussion and planning about independency’s effects? That the Founding Fathers did not take steps to secure plans for alliances in the fight (how do you think France got involved)? What was the Continental Congress doing if not debating the risks and rewards of independence, and how to form a new government that fixed the mistakes of the past and avoided anarchy and totalitarianism?

Nice try at shifting the subject around. This was not your point earlier. You were talking about food distribution etc. I want to see your references to the Founding fathers Making sure that there would be food on every table. They knew that there would be hardship, and could not even provide food, uniforms, ammunition, etc. for the troops. If they planned to feed the country during the war they did a piss poor job of it.

Did I say that they weren't doing those things? Do you want war without pain before you would fight for your liberty?

The Founding Fathers must have come to the conclusion that liberty was worth the very thing that you are rehashing in every post. Blood.

In short, do you have any idea what you’re talking about?

Nice.

So glad that you were able to memorize battle dates and such. But honestly, what kind of course on the American Revolution doesn’t go into the debates and strategies and underlying events before the war? Here’s a tip. Pick up “The Founding of a Nation” By Merrill Jensen, instead of skimming Cliffs Notes. You’ll get a clue about the true heroism of the Founding Fathers as they dealt with the messy realities of revolution.

Another slight. Nice job.

Any attempt to disarm a Citizen not in the commission of a crime shall constitute Treason, and be punished by public hanging.

I like it.

We need to make sure from the beginning that any overstep of the Federal Government beyond those powers specifically enumerated by the constitution would automatically be punishable directly upon those who try to pursue them if intent to usurp power from the State or the people can be shown.

I have a problem with the Supreme Ct being the ultimate arbiter, even if they can easily be removed from the bench. There is too much room for them to hang a decision made to suit an agenda around our necks forever. I think Jefferson forsaw and worried about this.

I hate to sound like a tin foil hat guy, bit the Davidians KNEW the ATF was coming before they got there and why they were coming.

The real question is how did they know? Who told them?

Well, I guess anyone who doesn’t understand that min bids and reserves are set by some sellers, and never by GB, could become the butt of a few jokes too.

Uhhhh... that's what I said. As an AUCTION site, the reserves are OF COURSE set by the seller rather than BY THE AUCTION SITE. Are you new to the internet or something? Keep on shopping at GB if you like. Speaking of the butt of a few jokes...

So, if you find something too expensive on ebay do you blame ebay and slam that site?

Wow, you’re touchy. Maybe you can show me where I “slammed” GB as a site (rather than just saying their prices are higher, which they are). Try not to cry.

“(rather than just saying their prices are higher, which they are).”

It’s not “Their” prices. What part of that do you not understand?
