People are getting way too hung up on the fake "Democrat" and "Republican" labels used by the single Federal Government Party that has held power in DC since FDR's day. The fact is that a large majority of American political office-holders favor the expansion of government power. It doesn't matter if a politician has an (R) after his name if he votes for the same exact government power grabs time after time, then goes home and brags about how he is fighting the good fight for conservatism because he managed to slow down the implementation of said power grab to take place over three years instead of one.

Obama's goal with the census isn't to keep "Republicans" out of power, it's to keep dissenting, pro-Constitution, small-government advocates out of politics entirely. Unfortunately, that's the MSM's and the so-called "Republican" party's goal, too.

I think the electoral process is already too corrupt and fraud-tainted for the census manipulation to make much more of a difference - in a perverse way it might even be a good thing if becomes so easy for "Democrats" to win elections that they spend fewer taxpayer dollars each cycle to make it happen. ;)
