KINGSTON, Jamaica (AP) Jamaican regulators say they are forbidding all explicit references to sex and violence over the airwaves.
The new rules from the island's broadcast commission ban any song or music video that depicts sexual acts or glorifies gun violence, murder, rape or arson.
The Saturday announcement follows a Feb. 6 ban that specifically targeted dancehall tunes and videos depicting "daggering" a dance style popular among Jamaican youth that features pelvic grinding simulating sex.

Good for them.
Maybe Jamaica should try to ban other things...like murder, drug dealing, rape, kidnapping.
Sorry, JunkMaica, most of us who used to love the island )and longed to return there year ofter year) don’t care anymore. We listened politely to the “Black man day [will] come” rhetoric. Your day came. Look at the mess you’ve made of it.
Look at what Australia is doing with the some prohibitions for the aboriginal population. The liberals didn’t like it, but when they came to power they found they were working, so they kept them.
So much for ganja making everybody mellow.
Spoil-sport. /s
More evidence that sex can lead to dancing....
I wonder if they figured out what Who Let The Dogs Out really means?
