The beauty of that is that they would have to allow his defense concerning Hussein’s illegitimacy. Husseins hidden documents would be subject to supoena.

You could say that was a possibility with any of the dozens of other suits that have been filed in this matter. But not a single one of them has made it to trial, and every single one that has come closed to trial has been dismissed. What makes this one different other than it's got a military rank attached to it?

Not only does he have standing, he can show the harm that would accrue to him should he not be able to prove hussein’s illegitimacy. He gets fined, demoted, or goes to the stockade.

My guess would be two words.

Court Martial.

If any of them we're re-instated, or any on Active duty, would be Court Martialed I would imagine that in their defense they would be allowed to supeana the various ultra super top secret documents from Barry's past.

That could be Lt. Easterling's strategy/gamble.
