I would reside myself to the fact that the Supreme Court of the United States is not going to be a lock in our favor anymore...

Perhaps, but there is simply no way to square it with the explicit exclusionary wording of the Constitution no matter how you read it.

Needs an amendment to work.

SCOTUS does not care about Barry's eligibility to be POTUS. Why should they care about this?
