Many things are harmful to society and among the most harmful are rules that try and protect people from themselves. If I want to sit in my living room and smoke pot and watch porn how in the world does that affect you?

You forgot to add in abortion. And homosexuality. And orgies. And everything else that a moral society would recognize as wrong.

I don’t have the thick mustache, body type or attire to be an “orgy guy,” or any willing orgie-chicks, but if I did it would be nobody’s business.

First of all, stop lumping abortion in with everything else you despise. Abortion has a very clear cut and very innocent victim. I am against abortion.

Homosexuality, Orgies and everything else that a moral society would recognize as wrong pretty much describes Iran, Saudi Arabia, the Taliban, and a host of other countries I find morally corrupt. If you think you can preserve or create a moral society by banning that which you find immoral I would suggest you are whistling in the wind. You can’t create a moral society by banning vice. You do it by creating a free society in which people are free to choose their own way and suffer the consequences of their decisions.
