In my very humble opinion, if one has core values, has thought carefully about them, read, listened and argued points with friend and foe; if one maintains those core values and REALLY believes and stands for them, is passionate and courageous in defense of them, and if one then accepts a job that requires all those qualities, LEARNING on the job is not a problem, nor should it ever enter into ones resume.

A man or woman who surrendered as quickly as Mikey did in the face of a little adversity is not a leader, will not be a leader and is just in truth, another waffling deer in the headlights with on core values deeply thought or felt.

Steele is no conservative, and never has been. The complete cluelessness of the Republican party in this respect is stunning.

FYI, I live in Maryland. We know Mikey and we knew EXACTLY what he would do and fail to do when handed a sterling opportunity to STAND UP for something.

Turn out the lights. Mikey failed.
