GeronL I’m not saying you don’t have valid points and I perfectly understand your position of conservatism. I just wish the Centrist Vote wasn’t so large and so sensitive to What’s in it for me? But the truth is, it does, and it is big and they are necessary, and we have to have their vote. Yes I agree we did go after the moderates and we had an amnesty moderate for our candidate, but they were tired of the constant eight year bombardment from the leftwing media as you state that he was George Bush all over again and they didn’t want to hear what he had to say. You have to admit McCain was to passive to fight the fight he should have, The only aggressive response we had was a good speech by a housewife from Alaska with a cute smile.

I’m just an ol’ country boy, but even I can see that there are three factions to deal with in our election process. The Democrats, the Centrist and the Republicans, The one in the middle has no direct party representation and has to vote with one or the other; the Dem’s or the Repb’s; now one and one is two and that beats the one that’s left. What’s so hard to understand about that? So to reply to your statement, yes GeronL somebody is going to win and if it is without the conservative vote it will be the Dem’s again.........
