What is a socialist?

The one fascinating thing I'm learning in writing for WND is the staggering ability of so many people to deny reality.

In last week's column, I pointed out that a lot of out-of-control brats in Washington are spending money and grabbing liberties. But from the e-mails I received from readers, it's clear the "progressives" don't get it. My opinion is this: Whether you call it a mallard or a canvasback or a teal, it's still a duck.

According to Dictionary.com, socialism is "Any of various theories or systems of social organization in which the means of producing and distributing goods is owned collectively or by a centralized government that often plans and controls the economy."

Socialism might sound lofty and enlightened to liberals, but those of us in Flyover Country know better. If you take anything decent, traditional and uplifting – and flip it on its head – you have socialism. To whit:

Socialist is a watered-down communist! The same communist that not only snubbed the P.M. of England and his wife, but will meet with the Queen of England next month and will verbally diss her too! The British must be livid! We have a Communist in the Oval office!

Having watched the entire Thomas Schuman 1984 interview, I can safely answer that they are the ones who are about to take complete control of America.

Ronald Reagan's presidency and victory over the Soviets merely caused a temporary pause in the progress of the eventual Marxist take over in America.

The "Demoralization" that Schuman (Yuri Bezenov) spoke of has had even longer to matasticize, we now have 5 or 6 generations of people schooled or being schooled in Marxist philosophy with no counter education.

The next step, "Destablization" has been largely achieved. Our economy is in "crisis" and the policies being pursued are aimed at worsening rather than solving the problems.

All that remains is "Collapse" and the take over.

Socialists are evil people who steal money from others hard working taxpayers monies and fund their evil agendas and destroy Americans freedoms and wealth as a whole.
They are racist bigots and hateful and worst of all they are anti Christ and hate all things that have to do with the Word and Way of God.
They will be destroyed by God's son Jesus Christ at the second resurrection of the dead when they will kneel before Jesus Christ to the glory of God the Father and then be cast into the lake of fire for refusing the truth, a much deserved punishment for their pride and stupidity.

City dwellers live in close quarters so they spend a lot of time comparing themselves to others. They look up in envy at those with more, and look down in contempt at those with less. Living in the countryside there's not as many people to compare to constantly.

Population density is a primary driver of envy intensity. It explains the political spectrum of unhappy city leftist that likes to control the lives of others, to happy country conservative that minds their own business.
