There is nothing there about targeting Christians or protectors of the Constitution.

Yes there is: Under "Right Wing Extremists" it says "Defenders of the Constitution against Federal Government and the UN (Super Patriots" and "groups of individuals engaged in para-military training".

The later *could* be interpreted to a bunch of good old boys (and girls) having a day at the range. Or even more likely the Appleseed Project of the "Revolutionary War Veterans Association" who make no bones about training "Riflemen, able to "capable of hitting a man-sized target from 500 yards away".

They, Appleseed, plan on about 2 1/2 miles worth of firing line all across the country on April 18-19.

Also a possible "para-military training group" would be those attending 4th Annual Texas Cowboy Memorial Shoot which is sure to be attended by a bunch of Right Wing Extremist Defenders of the Constitution, well armed ones.

Wrong.

In fact there is, in the place already cited by El Gato, and additionally in areas concerning so-called "Common Law Movement Proponents." The following are all Constitutional Rights:

Refuse to Identify Yourself -- unless you are in a vehicle, you are not obilgated to provide police with identification unless you are actually placed under arrest.

Request Authority for Stop -- you are unconditionally entitled to ask law enforcement why you are being detained, even if not placed under arrest, and this information is useable in your defense if you are arrested. It can be a cause for dismissal or a mitigating circumstance if the information is withheld.

Attempt to police the police -- you are entitled to videotape or record your interactions/conversations with police until you are actually placed under arrest.

Make numerous references to the US Constitution -- Oh, so this is now Probable Cause? I would love to see a Federal Officer cite it as such in front of a Federal Judge.
