To Obama and his cronies-what orders US military will not obey

U. S. Military, Veterans, and Peace Officers

Our oath is to the Constitution of the United States of America.

It is NOT to the President..., and that oath will be kept,......

Oath Keepers is a non partisan association of currently serving military, veterans, and peace officers who will fulfill our oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help us God.

Our oath is to the Constitution, not to the President, not to Congress, and not to any political party. In the long-standing tradition of the U.S. military, we are apolitical. We don’t care if unlawful orders come from a Democrat or a Republican, or if the violation is bi-partisan. We will not obey unconstitutional (and thus unlawful) and immoral orders, such as orders to disarm the American people or to place them under martial law.. We won’t “just follow orders." Our motto: “Not on Our Watch!”

There is at this time a debate within the ranks of the military regarding their oath. Some mistakenly believe they must follow any order the President issues. But many others do understand that their loyalty is to the Constitution and to the people, and understand what that means.

The mission of Oath Keepers is to vastly increase their numbers. [This confliction MUST NOT be allowed to continue within our military...]

US Army, unfortunately. During the Vietnam war. Seemed to be a pretty common attitude among NCOs and officers. Blind obedience was in. But I never heard it put so bluntly until that day.

And if any of us refused to do it, he’d blow our brains out on the spot.

What if he was outnumbered?

I think the whole point of this thread is to demonstrate that Obama has some serious PR problems. If he is so bold as to order military actions against citizens, he might even lose the support of MSNBC!

The nukes will be the interesting thing. For example our missile subs, one sub captain watching Obama become a dictator and his family and friends back home rounded up well could he nuke Washington D.C.?

Most of the ICBM’s are in conservative areas such as North Dakota. Could the North Dakota National Guard take the silos?

A civil war with nukes involved is something the World has never seen.

He wouldn’t have to be. I took an oath under my breath right then and there that if it ever happened, I’d shoot him before he could shoot me. Wouldn’t be surprised though if half the men in the room did the same thing. He was uniformly despised. Even the battalion CO didn’t like him; when it came time to “re-upping,” although the captain desperately wanted to make a career of it, the colonel said no, you’re not Army material (it didn’t help that he dropped his sidearm in the colonel’s office once and put a hole in the ceiling with the colonel standing two feet away when it happened) and Captain Doofus disappeared back into civilian life.

Thanks for that comment. I was beginning to despair after seeing all the military or ex-military writing in saying 25% or more would have no problems whatsoever turning on the American people. Talk about depressing!

I can seriously see another civil war in the making. Half of our military on one side with half on the other. Unbelievable what's happening to our country!

I was a combat arms (armor) NCO during that period.

“You misunderstood me, I didn’t say they weren’t required to get the specialty training for their branch or associated schools, just that since WWII thru to Vietnam, the guard and reserves were rarely called to combat.”

Gotcha, I thought that you might mean that, but for the civilians on the thread I wanted to clear it up, thanks.

That needs to be repeated often. People think the Army will not follow orders to do X.

Guys, they will as LW, follow orders to wipe out Times Square. If push comes to show, alot of keyboard commandos will die very fast, messy deaths.

The key to that being WHO CONTROLS THE NUKES. Would a narccisist like Obama hesitate to use nukes against Americans standing against him by force of arms?
__________
If they did that, they would destroy what they want to take over.

About 75% to 85% will act against the populace.
___________
You have no way of knowing that. Nobody does. You are assuming.

when the food, fuel, water, and Electricity
_________
Electricity isn't really a problem. We can do without it. We've done it before after hurricanes. We have an unlimited supply of food in the oceans. If you can get to a coast line, you will have food. Water is easy, buy a deslinator and you are set. Stock up on dried beans(protein) and other non perishables. People that live in hurricane prone areas know these things and do them every year. stock up on fishing hooks and buy a cast net. You can catch bait and fish for food. Get a mask and snorkel and you can get crabs, lobster, get a spear gun too.

1. To those saying that today’s military is hobbled by a crippled government school system and lack critical, independent thought, I’ll say that it has been statistically shown that the average military member is better educated than the average civilian.

2. To those comparing today’s military to the Vietnam era service members, I’ll say that today’s military is an all voluntary force and therefore the vast majority, I believe, maintain a much more intimate view of exactly why they signed up and therefore, are better grounded in Constitutional principle.

Read the comments They did it once, people were surprised. Next time they may not be so accommodating. Why was IL NG in LA? LA has their own NG??? Why didn't they have LA NG do it??? Blackwater(brownshirts) were there too.

Good point. Bottom line is this... if the SHTF in the US it is going to be hell on earth here for all unless you get out early.

I didn't say they weren't required to get the specialty training for their branch or associated schools, just that since WWII thru to Vietnam, the guard and reserves were rarely called to combat. It was considered safe haven. Well, relatively safe. That's why Dan Quayle's guard service during Vietnam brought down so much fire from the msm. Same for GWB. It wasn't until Desert Storm and then post Sept 11th that the guard and reserve took on extended combat tours.

By the way Reserves and Guard accounted for almost 6000 dead during the Vietnam war, I think that is greater than the Desert Storm, Iraq, Afghanistan, Grenada, Beirut and Panama death toll of Active, Reserves, and Guard combined. I believe their role in Korea was quite large but it is hard to pin down the numbers.

That leaves 75% that would NOT and it also leave 50+ million well armed Americans. The best thing that we can do for this country right now it protest peacefully, write letters daily, send emails, hope the republicans grow a set and learn to speak out and vote no. Also that his poll numbers continue to plummet, his party begins to get mad and he decides to move to the center, stop this Commie crap, and play nice. I don't have much hope that he will do that but we can always dream.

Good points all. My dream is that the 50 million well-armed Americans will finally get enough balls to march (or drive as the case may be) on Washington carrying that armament along with buckets of tar and feathers. I for one HAVE HAD IT.
