Strict German gun law framed after 2002 school massacre
The Times ^ | 3/11/2009 | Craig Lord, Dresden

The 2002 shooting at Gutenberg high school in the town of Erfurt in central Germany, came on the day that the country’s parliament approved a new Bill tightening its already strict gun controls.

The lower house of the German parliament voted on the new measure hours after two female pupils, 13 teachers, a school secretary and a police officer were shot dead by a student who had recently been expelled.

News of the crime came too late to figure in the parliamentary debate, which led to the adoption of new law in May 2002.

That did not prevent a national debate on gun control, which was still rumbling when, on November 20, 2006, an 18-year-old man, armed with guns and smoke grenades, stormed into his former high school in the town of Emsdetten, North Rhine-Westphalia, and wounded several staff and pupils before taking his own life.

Germany's gun laws were framed against a backdrop of the Second World War. After 1945, with Allied Forces charged with disarming the nation, not even police officers were allowed to carry firearms.

It was 1956 before private firearms were allowed, when the pre-Nazi gun-control law of 1928 was effectively reinstated. The law was revised in 1972, when the new Federal Weapons Act came into effect.

The Act requires that purchase and possession of each individual firearm requires a valid licence.

A hunter in Saxony told The Times that the regime to obtain a licence was a serious affair: "For hunters and gun club members, they have to answer more than 4,000 questions to get the licence and there is a specific emphasis in teaching and questions on gun law. You have to have everything registered.

“You get a licence card, which when you sell your gun will register that sale automatically with the

The gun ban didn’t work did it? It sure didn’t keep the shooter from killing a bunch of people yesterday did it? Pathetic fools. We will NEVER surrender our guns thanks to our being able to see what has happened in countries who have banned guns. It didn’t work for any of those countries, and it won’t work in America!

I don’t understand why they don’t ban young white males. These humans are far more dangerous than an innocent gun just laying there unable to move or do anything. Oh, they are probably going to have to ban young asian males as well. You know...if they just banned all people all over the world, the guns could live together peacefully and with lower taxation.

The morale to my speculation is that it seems to me that people (especially germans) are about as dumb as sand. It’s quite astonishing what a lone gunman in a herd of unarmed people can do, and yet these politicians seek to increase the odds favoring said lone gunman. Whatever would we do without government...

Gun-Free School Zones and gun carry bans are very important.

Otherwise, instead of 10, 15, 20+ people murdered by one wacko, shooting 200+ shots like the recent USA guy, the wackos would only get to shoot one, two or three people, before armed citizens put the wackos out of their misery.

Mass killings just GOTTA have gun control!

Too bad the families of the victims can’t sue the government which denied them the right to save themselves and others.

What gets me is that the people pushing gun control have got to be technologically ignorant. If you ban guns, people will improvise, and most of the simpler improvisations will do more harm than any gun that any person could reasonably get.

People will start throwing bombs, or rigging cans of kerosene to explode, which in an enclosed space gives you a shake & bake crematorium.

In most places in the world a drive by attack consists of two little creeps on a motor scooter and a bomb. If you’re anywhere near that thing when it goes off, your chances of survival are somewhere between slim and none.

On the other hand, drive by shootings are survivable, mostly because the guys shooting don’t know how to adjust for the movement of the car when they’re shooting. I’ve survived one of those. Far more survivable than the drive by bombing.

And they can’t claim that police protection will solve the problem, because the police can’t interdict attacks— they can only take reports and try to catch the badguy after the fact.

And if I wanted to go a step up to firearms, in the time that it would take me to reproduce my old service revolver, I could cobble together a dozen submachineguns.

The bottom line here is that if you get a gun ban, the effect will be a net increase in firepower for those who are intent on killing somebody, while the ability of people to protect themselves reduces itself to somewhere near zero.

The comments on that article are frightening. People actually believe that banning all sale and manufacture of guns will eliminate killings.

"People actually believe that banning all sale and manufacture of guns will eliminate killings."

They probably think, as does The Obammunist, that bannning the USA will eliminate all the world's problems.

German school massacre repackaged to push disarm citizens agenda to utter limits

Difference between Hitler 1933-1934 and US now

Manual used by Hitler in 1933-1934, with the first edict TOTALLY denying access to weapons to citizens, with monopoly reserved to the nazi forces responsible for enforcing the terror state (Gestapo and SS), is the same as now. (1)

The difference is what the party of Hitler did in Germany alone is now done by using the two "parties" in the U.S.: one of the objectives of the role of Bush was to cause as much dissociation as required for the acceptance of the most important announcement his "democratic" successor in script: total disarmament of the citizens.  (2)

Germany, once again reaches utter limits first

Massacre in German school by teenager (3), was the perfect (4) first act (5) to be repackaged and sold to push to the utter limits the disarm citizens agenda.

Repackaging is done by:
- "explaining" that the cause for the massacre is the possibility to buy guns legally. The record continues to be repeated even after the right of defense (prohibition on carrying weapons) has been legally abolished.
- the massacre is used to prove that the absolute last right to self protection, to keep a weapon at home, must be abolished, "concluding" that that should be not even allowed to sport shooters. Repackaging this point included having the largest german newspaper, Bild, publishing  the day after a fake photo of a 10 year old, supposedly Tim Kretschmer, practicing at a shooting stand.
- censoring any question about how was is possible that nobody was able to respond to a single attacker, and that for hours.
- censoring the real reason for the massacre: Tim Kretschmer was under "psychiatric treatment", i.e. his mind had been completely destroyed by BIG PHARMA.  (6)

Notes
(1) Transition from formal democracy to terror state (formal dictatorship):
http://terror-state.blogspot.com/2007/04/transition-from-formal-democracy-to.html

 (2) Manual to choose who is the winner of the next "election" - the process is always the same:
http://voting-machines.blogspot.com/2007/04/france-2007-elections-voting-machines.html

(3) During several hours, 17 year old Tim Kretschmer in his rampage through two German towns, shot 15 people. It begun by murdering at will in his former school, hijacking a car and finally commiting suicide in another town 30 miles away.

(4) Perfect only because no matter how grotesque the repackaging is, the public will buy the product, since they all accepted the mark of the beast.

(5) First act in Illuminati Theater:

(6) The "Ritalin agenda" is extremely important to control youth in the last stages of illuminati overtime

"During several hours, 17 year old Tim Kretschmer in his rampage through two German towns... ."

But is this package real or is it basically the same kind of package as in the case of Virginia Tech?

For the answer, see what is really under the package

alt

But was there any other goal for newspaper "Bild" to publish the photo of "10 years old Tim shooting" and admit the day after that it was not Tim, other than to sell the same message packaged by the "serious" largest magazin "Der Spiegel" as "Armed Republic of Germany - the life threatening nonsense of privately owned firearms" using a more serious technique, the red color of the German flag suggesting the "blood caused by the evil citizens who own guns"?
