I’ve never gotten over this and I’m just waiting for the day justice will be done on earth or afterwards for the people who let this happen to her!

I'll never forget either. When I think about how inhumane and barbaric her death was I want to vomit. People kill each other over saving whales, polar bears or whatever else but sat by for two weeks and watched a person slowly being killed. Indescribable.

I have never forgotten it either. Although I did not join until about a year later, I was just becoming acquainted with Free Republic during that time and this board was the only way that I knew the truth about what was happening. Many people believe that Teri was on "life support" (i.e., a respirator). They are unaware that she was perfectly healthy before she was starved to death or that her evil husband prevented her from receiving the therapy that might have allowed her to emerge from her minimally conscious state. They do not know about the diabolical Judge George Greer who seemed determined to kill her and they do not know how the Church of Scientology and its erroneous beliefs were involved in her death.

The entire time, I kept putting myself in the place of the Schlinder family. They must have thought that they were in the middle of a endless nightmare. They had to watch their daughter and sister being legally murdered on the whim of a man who had already moved on with another woman by whom he had two children. I kept thinking that, if Teri had been a "lower animal", PETA would have been out in full force because most people would object to an animal being treated the Teri was treated. My only consolation is that Teri is now in Heaven enjoying the presence of the Lord and that Michael and all of those involved in Teri's death will have to answer for their actions someday.
