Sandlers? The people who made billions on Pic a Pay mortgages then dumped the toxic mess on Wachovia. Wachovia was stupid to buy it.

We need a free press but the lib papers killed it.

Screwing over unions is fine - they deserve it. But to deal with pensions as "liabilities" is wrong - those were promises made in good faith and accepted in the same vein. These aren't General Motors type pensions, they're small company pensions.

Most papers should be in-house rags shared among the 1% of a city that are members of the liberal elite.

For everyone else - boring. It's the equivalent of "The Oscars" in print form. Booooooorriiiing.
