Communism didn’t die with Marx nor was it born with him.

It's sad that many don't understand Keynesian philosophy and the danger it poses to our way of life as we know it.

Instead, it is an accepted promotion of loss of individual freedom via laziness.

Most Americans are totally unaware that the U.S. House of Representatives crawls with a large, well-organized assembly of socialist organizations.

Maybe if they make it into a reality show...?

Communism didn’t die with Marx nor was it born with him.

My take is that communism/socialism is just a convenient way to summarize the good ole "seven deadly sins". Lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy, pride.

When you look at the impetus behind most socialistic policies, it boils down to some combination of those 7 worst characteristics of humanity.

I'd add one more - ignorance - to take care of all those "useful idiots" that go along for the ride because they buy into the deception propaganda without thought.

And it was Keynes himself who admitted that by "a continuous process of inflation, governments can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens.

Confiscation up, freedom down. It's as natural a fact as history repeating itself.

Predictions differ, depending on one's perspective, as to whether this will be a socialistic paradise or a socialistic hell.

Only those completely unfamiliar with history would ever predict a "socialistic paradise".

There is no such thing, except in the imaginations of its adherents.

I am beginning to look at it a little differently. To me, when looking at how things are going, it’s a game. A dangerous game played by people like Soros. Allow me to put my foil hat on for a second. If you were totally rich beyond your wildest dreams, would it make any difference to you to make more money? I think not. These people need something else to do. What could be a better game than to take down the most powerful country in the world? Especially if people told you that you would never accomplish it. Enough of these people playing this game could accomplish it. Look at the Central Banking idea, the Federal Reserve. Take a look at this site when you have the time. It’s quite long but worth listening to. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-515319560256183936&hl=en Now look outside the box.

Like it or not, as time passes, the marxists are gaining the upper hand. How is it that capitalism, which once was hegemonic, is losing its grip over the imagination of the world? Assuming that marxism is the religion of the victim and can’t take root where people are happy, productive and purposeful, what, exactly, is not adding up for capitalism in the 21st century? What are the operant conditions that have led us to here? Why are we losing? Why are they driving all the wedges? Why are we not in the initiative?

Can we find any flaw whatsoever in what we are doing?

A huge reason is the increased secularization of our society. As man rejects God, a void occurs and he turns to the state to fill that void. Socialism and Communism aren’t just political philosophies but religions. To quote Jean-Jacques Rousseau(the precursor to Karl Marx), the ideal utopian world could be described as follows-

“Each citizen would then be completely independent of all his fellow men, and absolutely dependent on the state.”

I can accept that as an explanation, but it still leaves open the question- why have we been blindsided, why could this not have been anticipated and headed off? What part of the formula says that man is going to reject God to the degree that we are losing the battle? What are the merits and weaknesses in both God rejection and God acceptance that is finding particular expression in the early 21st century?

Most United States Citizens can't contemplate fellow citizens
actively trying top destroy this country.
Therefore the thought of "anticipating and heading off these actions" would be considered a waste of time,
... until TREASONIST Obama came along and released the Socialists [Marxists, Keynesians].

Socialists [Marxists, Keynesians] don't believe in God. Any actions they have toward religion is feined to fool the masses.
The battle is being lost, as punishment for rejecting God's laws, and that was foretold long ago.

Are you serious?
Look around you.

Ponder this...

Ignorance. Most people don’t even know what socialism is, let alone why it is bad. The socialists control the schools, the media, pop culture, and the Gov’t. I fear it is too late to save this once great nation.

Little wonder that Winston Churchill painted socialism as a philosophy of failure, a creed of ignorance, and a gospel of envy whose inherent virtue "is the equal sharing of misery

No wonder Bambi sent his statue back..

“It is not from the benevolence of the butcher, the brewer, or the baker, that we expect our dinner, but from their regard to their own interest. We address ourselves, not to their humanity but to their self-love, and never talk to them of our own necessities but of their advantages. Nobody but a beggar chooses to depend chiefly upon the benevolence of his fellow-citizens. Even a beggar does not depend upon it entirely....” - Adam Smith, The Wealth of Nations, 1776.
