I’d like to think that Scalia, Alito, Thomas and MAYBE Roberts will rise to the occasion, but Roberts was the guy who assented to that damnable ex parte proceeding prior to the Inauguration where 0bama met with the justices in chambers (minus Alito, who did not attend), highly unethical, highly inappropriate.
