Are you an attorney .. and do you know if he has
recourse to a higher court or a change of venue?
I’m not an attorney, simply a concerned citizen. As we all know, not even judges are above the law (or policy, and so forth). I’ve not heard or read what Attorney Hemenway might do if this ‘step’ doesn’t provide him the relief he seeks. My guess, since the release of his part 1 of 2 response a few days ago, is that the Judge will back off on his demand to show cause. Otherwise, it would appear, that the judge may have opened a door (to discovery) that he didn’t intend to open.
