More Than Meets the Eye? President Ronald Reagan greets a boy while in Red Square with Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, far right, in Moscow in 1988. Pete Souza, the current chief White House photographer, took the photo when he held the same position under Reagan. Souza said the man with the camera is Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin posing as a tourist during his days as a Soviet spy.

No sale. Completely different nose. There’s little doubt the guy’s KGB, but he looks more like Christopher Walken than Putin.
It could be. It kind of looks like a young Phil Collins with hair.
The picture appears to me to be a visiting Reagan on a walk where locals came to see him and shake his hand. The young boy looks like he looking for one those joke buzzers in Reagans hand.
Putin has a round tipped bulbous nose. The local has a sharp tipped ski slope nose.
Putin’s ear has a lobe. The local has what cosmetic surgeons call a Pixie ear. The lobe is set against the cheek.
Putin has different shaped lips and larger than the local. And lips get smaller as people get older.
The local appears to have a pointed jawline where Putin has more of a roundish square.
Putin’s eyes, headshape, forehead and brows are all different. Hairlines are totally different and Putins hair is darker. Men often have a ledge above their brows, almost as if it supports their eyes and brows. Putin has small one. The local does not.
Yep, the kid looks like young Putty! And note that he’s offering Ronnie the secret Bilderburger handshake!

Close, maybe, but I don’t think it’s Putin.
Not him. Close but no cigar. The lower lip is way different for one thing. The chin is different. Ears not even close.
