The EPA has officially declared that CO2 is endangering the public's health and welfare. This means that there will be new pressure on businesses to cut their emissions.
It also sets the stage for cap and trade legislation:
WSJ: A finding that CO2 is a threat to public health and welfare also would ratchet up pressure on Congress to enact a system that caps greenhouse gases and creates a market for businesses to buy and sell the right to emit them, as President Barack Obama has proposed.

So the EPA wants the plants to stop breathing? It IS a two-way relationship we have with the plant world.

Not one oxygen producing plant on Earth can survive without CO2 and that higher levels of it will not kill plant life, but increase it's output of Oxygen. (Scientific fact.)
The “genius” responded with another mutation of fact, which is when Lavin blew his cork and said; “GET OFF THE PHONE YOU BIG PHONY DOPE!”. I laughed till I required oxygen.
We are done with nice. Bring on the idjits and other liberals, communists, eco-wackos and amalgamated suchnesses. CO2 is definitely a greenhouse gas --just not a very important one at such low concentrations like we have today.

Oxygen is a highly corrosive and flammable gas.
For instance the LOX tanks on the Shuttle launch vehicle.
The body actually burns the oxygen gas molecules.
