I want to thank everyone who read and posted to this thread. I’ve been monitoring it closely for the purpose of answering questions or critiques about CommonTator’s points, and will jump in quickly if I see anything mentioned that I may not have made clear enough, or to address any errors or misstatements. I thank everyone for accepting these as CommonTator’s words, not mine, even though I could not really reflect his style.
