OK, I looked at the video. The stop signs were in a private parking lot, not on a public street, and were NOT even in the city of the police officer that made the stop. (The city limit runs between the two red lights that the cop ran.)

I was countering the assertion that: When flagged by the cop, he pulled into the hospital lot and stopped.

He did not. Just trying to keep the record straight.
