Isn't a birth certificate a public record?
What could be so secret about a birth certificate?
Hmmmmmm.....

This is all inter-related. IF BC/NBC information can be verified BEFORE Zer0 returns from his European Vacation, all the better for the USofA.

Hawai’i is the Hawai’ian way of spelling it. I’d go “native” on this one.
Hawai’i is apropos.

No prob. Apparently they dont teach spelling too well out there. The "Spelling for Haoles" lesson is at Post 15.
Telling a Hawaiian-speaking, native Hawaiian that "Hawai'i" is spelled "incorrectly" is like telling an Englishman that "colour" is spelled "incorrectly".

And, the Constitution places no time limit on the question of eligibility, no statute of limitations.
This is a critical constitutional issue, and deserves a full and thorough hearing and resolution.
It’s time to take back the country. Starting with this question, IMO.

What could be so secret about a birth certificate? Hmmmmmm..... Name: Barry Dunham
Marital Status of Mother: Single (Obama's father's student visa application would have documented that he was already legally married to Kezia Obama.)

I know, those stupid british spelling favor as favour and color as colour and on and on.
Don’t they realize American English is the supreme language of all languages????
Sarcasm by the way.

To All,I think,in France it is a crime to be aware of a crime and not report it to the authorities. Are there any state or federal laws that may be used in Hawaii to force the issue?

Marital Status of Mother: Single (Obama's father's student visa application would have documented that he was already legally married to Kezia Obama.) The BC issue is moot since they changed the US code in 2007. It now says the child of a single mother is a US citizen as long as the mother is a US citizen had been in the US for one year.
IMHO, Barry's college records are MORE important, because HE refers to HIMSELF as Indonesian, due to the fact he lived a good part of his childhood in Indonesia and was legally adopted by his Indonesian stepfather.

Um, do you understand the concept of ‘grandfathering in’? The issue is what was the law in 1961. But that was a nice try.

I remember watching an interview that was asking barack about the birth certificate. I think it went something like you mean you have never seen your birth certificate? He stated that he had never seen it.
“The interviewer asked him why aren’t you curious?” to which he responded I don’t know I guess I was afraid to find out that I am illigitmate or something.
They never called him on the fact that he had said quite the opposite in one of his memoirs.

1. Although appellant is proceeding pro se and is not an expert in Hawaii appellate procedure, he does have considerable experience with appellate tribunals. Then read the rules. It's not that difficult. http://www.state.hi.us/jud/ctrules/hrap.pdf
