Hawai’i court is asked to expedite Obama birth certificate appeal

Lucy’s list at post #115 must be circulated ‘Far & Wide’ because it is >indicative< of a well orchestrated systematic denial of all records tied to the true life of our BOGUS-PTOTUS! (presidential-teleprompateer of the U.S.)

The list IS missing the tip of the iceberg. It should be revised to contain the Noelani Elementary School Kindergarten records oddly missing from the the Department of Education, State of Hawaii. There is a citation for this on the megathread.

This is an important feature because K-records for original school entry would have contained the following:
1. His REAL Birth Certificate!
2. An application with the following:
—1.. His Legal name.
—2.. Parents or Legal Guardians’ names.
—3. Date of Birth
—4. Place of Birth
—5. Vaccination Records (revealing a timeline to the place and DOB.)

It also is important for two reasons:

A. The Dept.of Education does not “lose” the records of one particular student. So,...Who paid whom what sum to make this record disappear?)

B. There would have been NO shameful low-test scores, NO embarassing Equal Opportunity advancements, and NO trails of fraudulent funding to hide which could possibly ‘excuse’ the quashing of public school Kindergarten entry records. For the rest of his life he attended very expensive private schools and has had his records legally sealed to deny the public, his true life story.

This is different. Hawaii should be able to verify he attended their school since he is featured in class photographs. State and federal tax dollars paid for his initial year of education. Why is there no documentation?

This is the ‘tip of the iceberg’ of an intentionally erased life of a fraudulent conman and it reeks of complicity by officials within the State of Hawaii’s

In Hawaii, a birth certificate is NOT discloseable to the public - which is why they issue a Certificate of Live Birth.

Hawaii will not release either the short form, (certification) or the long form (Certificate)without oBama's consent. obama released the short form because he did not want anyone to see the original vault with amendments, aka's or the possibly a late birth certificate. There were 3 different types of BC at the time obama was born.

The same laws apply in California because of identity theft. To get your children's BC you have to show proof you are the parent. For genealogy if the person is gone you can prove you are a relative.

Several areas on the birth certificate could be a problem for obama.

Child's first, middle and last name. Sex. Single, twin, triplet birth. Birth Date. Hour.

Possible the birthdate is different to make up for the foreign birth and then delay getting the late birth certificate in Hawaii.

Hospital or address where born. City or county limits.

This could dispute what obama has maintained where he was born. Or that he was born in two different hospitals in Hawaii according to his siter Maya.

Mother resides what city. Then county & state or foreign country. Street address. Mailing address. Farm or plantation.?

Where was Stanley ann residing at the time? Did she go to Kenya to have obama? Remember Stanley Ann felt quite at home with these cultures so having a baby there may have been a thrill.

Name of father. Race of father. Age of father. Birthplace, Island or state or foreign country. Occupation. Type of business.

Type of business once again could be a problem. Of course what if the father is not barack senior?

Mothers full maiden name. Race of mother. Age. Birthplace, island, state or foreign country. Occupation during pregnancy. Business type. (CPUSA?) Date last worked.

What if stanley ann was foreign born and the original states that? What if she was involved in radicalism and communistic goals and she placed CPUSA that her parents were members of?

Evidence for delayed filing or alteration.

Here could be anything. Different names. Filings and documentation for late birth certificate which is not citizenship. Adopted names and different fathers.
