I hold that the clause in the President qualifications is sui generis — a thing onto itself, and to be understood only as the Founders meant that particular and special clause to mean in unique reference to the Presidency.

As do I. Congress has no authority to redefine terminology concerning birth or citizenship as anything other than the meanings delineated in Law of Nations, § 212 - 215.
