Emanuel's name in Hebrew is "Ram"--re'sh-mem.

That's good, but we are working in English.

That would be the language in question used by the poster in question who misspelled the names of both people referenced.

I sometimes transliterate Hebrew names and words very literally, and have called him "Ram `Immanu'el" myself.
