Like I said, depends on what he told the cops. No eyewitness of him driving intoxicated, only after the fact. Nothing in story about BAC, just that he was arrested for failing road side sobriety test. Yes, a good lawyer and a timid prosecutor could get charges dropped or reduced.
This man’s son committed suicide almost one year ago. There are sometimes reasons for people’s erroneous behavior. I suggest maybe wishing he achieves peace of mind in the future is an appropriate thing.
