Well, I have heard some FReepers say that they would kill a guy like that (like the one supposedly on the sex tape). So, apparently it’s not an “uncommon” sentiment around here... :-)
Is that a defense? That’s an interesting question to put to the “FReeper jurors” here...
Apparently it isn’t much of a defense. It failed. Of course I am not familiar with the particulars of the case, but the defense seemed a bit suspect to me.
He could have as easily turned the predator in to authorities.
