"Political" organizations do not normally go out into the field and torture and murder vast numbers of people. Not even the most corrupt "political" organizations.

And Ante Pavelic, head of the Croatian State 1941-1945 and leading Ustasha of his day, would be quite offended at you referring to his prized special army as a "minority political organization".
