But that’s not possible! We know that LEOs would never. EVER do anything like that!

Police also raided Barnes home and according to Patakys inside sources, plan to raid the homes of more cops. Looks like a pattern. The Phoenix police department must have some very high level corruption they want to keep under wraps.

Welcome to fascist Amerika. I wonder how long it’ll be before the police-defending posters show up on this thread trying to spin this one...

If this is a retaliatory raid, the Phoenix police just won this guy’s lawsuit for him.

Maricopa County? Sheriff Joe?
To: marktwain
Get ready for more of this. Especially among people who dare to criticize the zero.

Murderous Mexican drug cartels operate with near impunity in Phoenix, and THIS is what the cops target??? Time to hit the re-set button for priorities!

Not if they can plant some child porn on his hard drives.
Could the patriot act be in play here for some reason? Just curious.

Jack Harris is the Chief in Phoenix. Sheriff Joe is in Maricopa County. Not much “love” between Joe and the officials from Phoenix.
First I’ve heard of this situation.

I don’t know how Nevada is set up, but around here (VA) I think the county sheriff has no jurisdiction in the city other than what the city Sheriff or PD wants to give him. Also, in some areas a conty or city may have a sheriff AND a PD, the first answering to the voters and the second answering to politicians.

I am confused.........a judge has to sign a search warrant, right?.....what judge signed it and what does he/she have to do with this case? That is where ya start, then just follow the money....
