My point to, just keep Franken-stein away from cap hill as many days as they can. Soon the 6 year term will be up and he’ll still be gazing wistfully at the big dome.

It helps when the judge supports counting only some of the absentee ballots.

Last time they did a recount, they counted all of Franken’s contested ballots first, then counted all of Coleman’s. After the first day, when they’d only counted Franken’s, the newspapers reported he had an “insurmountable lead”. The next day, when they counted Coleman’s contests, he caught up with Franken. I wonder if something similar is happening now? Coleman is contesting far more ballots than Franken.

It would appear to me that it’s impossible to have a valid recount. I don’t know why, but it appears to always be rife with cheating at that point. I think probably if the vote is close enough for a recount it should just be a revote. But,I suspect revotes don’t favor Dems because or else they would call for them every time instead of a recount.

The FBI has been politically neutered since Mr. Hoover died. They do real good press conferences though.

Was there any doubt this insane maniac would win? The RAT machine is running America and will for many years.

I agree. You couldn’t be any close to the truth. Tea Parties are fine but when the sopposed deathwath MSM is one sided and Saturday Night Live is a respected news source, the Dems will rule long and comfortably.

“The three-judge panel presiding over the trial had reviewed nearly 400 on Monday to determine which ones would be opened and counted today.”

The liberal moonbat judges had to sort out the liberal area ballots, witch were the only ones counted.

“Before the start of today’s action, Coleman lawyer Tony Trimble asked for a 15-minute recess to examine the judges’ list of ballots to be counted. Judge Elizabeth Hayden turned him down, saying that they were ready to proceed.”

Nope, you can't look to see how the deck was stacked in favor of Stewart Smallie.

I don’t know, while I feel sorry for anyone who didn’t vote for him having to endure being represented by him, I suspect for Republicans he will be the gift that keeps on giving.

It should end up in the Supreme Court as this is a violation of the 14th Amendment.

I would not put it past the partisans in the post office to intentionally lose the ballots to ensure they come in late.

Without Obama on the ballot, the Dems lose. Their base can’t be bothered to get out and vote otherwise.

Somehow this thread and my own reaction to it reminds me of animals in the wild who pause to sniff at the carcass of one of their own who had been brought down by a prey animal and then move on to their own eventual fate.

So a fellow who lost an election gets to win it because it was close.

Democrats are ruthless. Minnesotans have in recent years also come to look quite foolish.

Jesse Ventura, the Funeral Celebration over Wellstone’s death, Mondale's ridiculous run for President, and now a sinister clown to represent them in the Senate.

Massachusetts has nothing on these Bizzarro voters and vote counters.

Bottom line is that all absentee ballots cast in total are not using the same measurement for validity. They're not being evaluated equally across the board. Some districts allow absentee ballots with problems while others disallow absentee ballots with the same problems.

You were expecting Democrats to support equal protection? Democrats have opposed Amendment XIV for over 130 years now.

People of this country really needs to pay close attention to this and make damn sure we vote the rest of the morons out of Washington next time any of them come up for reelection..make darn sure we have poll watchers out on numbers so the same thing that is happening here will not happy other places..After we are finished it won’t make a darn bit of difference if this idiot goes to Washington his vote will not count if we have the majority..

the onlgoing problem is that everyone wants to keep THEIR personal idiot but wants you to vote out YOUR idiot.

The want to keep their idiot because of the the “free stuff” (aka pork) that is brought home.

Just look at Murtha’s pork project machine, just look at robert byrd’s machine.
