Young Earth or Old Earth?

I've read good arguments on both sides for this, so I don't have a set opinion on it.

Amazing << Hear this. Feel this, and tell me that this isn't music.

I like it. They could have played with Pink Floyd.

Except that most Jews are not Creationists.

And most educated people are not Creationists.

The more educated someone is the less likely they are to be a Creationist.

“fixed” to a Creationists apparently means “changed to not confront me with an uncomfortable reality”

The more educated someone is the less likely they are to believe in Creationism.

This is probably true since most 'institutions of higher learning' are controlled by idiotic godless liberal secular humanists.

they're also more likely to believe things like the zero is intelligent and smart and clean and articulate and global warming is more important than anything, including God.

I'll do the translation if need be.

The devil will deceive.

Done.

BTW, it appears God wasn't.

Klinghoffer's is very much a minority viewpoint among Jews; even the Orthodox Rabbinate has said that evolution does not contradict the Torah.

Now that's a thought. Awesome stringz and an awesome band.

"Indoctrination is telling someone “this is the “TRUTH” and nothing shall deviate from the “TRUTH”.” when all they really have is INTERPRETATION not the truth."

Yep, that's evolutionisn all the way!

The truth is not allowed in the biology classroom.

"even the Orthodox Rabbinate has said that evolution does not contradict the Torah"

But the Orthodox Rabbinate is more Kabbalistic than Jewish these days. The Kabbalists love the lies of evolution; it frees them of all moral compunction.

Ted Beale is an idiot. Take another look at that photo. Do you notice the funny symbol at the bottom? It ain’t Prussian.

Are you serious? Do you see the iron crosses on nazi uniforms? Do you understand the nazis didn’t completely throw away all German traditions, including Christianity, but hijacked them to suit their own ends?

Hitler read scriptures to the masses at Nuremburg. I’ve actually seen people infer that this can only mean he was a Christian.

Yet these very same nimrods will argue Saddam was a secularist because most of the time he wore a uniform and not a sheet or turban.

People like Hitler and Saddam were whatever they needed people to believe them to be, to suit their own ends.

It’s your job to see through it.

...what are we as Christians supposed to think of these statements by Hitler?

Ummmm.... that he hijacked Christianity just like he exploited anything and everything else, because he understood Germany was a Catholic country for the most part?

Sheesh...for you to be all educated and so on allmendream...!!!!!

we deny the reality of there being an dark underbelly of “Christian” thought that is deeply and vehemently antisemitic.

Curious, why is it you put “Christian” in that way?

Is it because there IS no reality you speak of? I can’t find any anti-semitism in the NT. Anywhere.

Just like I can’t find wiping native Americans off the map, etc. etc. etc.

Creationism is about indoctrinating the ill educated into believing the illogical.

No what’s illogical is denying God’s creation and claiming to be Christian.

THAT’S illogical.

Did he ever make that public? Or did he present the Nazi regime to the German public as pro-Christian? More public stuff from the Nazis:

Ummmm, this was kind of the point...quote scripture from the Bible to the masses and then commit genocide.

Funny thing though, can’t for the life of me find any NT scripture supporting anything Hitler did, can you?

Actually, you can’t even get that right...he killed 6 million plus Jews out of sheer secrecy at first and then by terror. Had he stated how he really felt about Jews, Christianity and so on from the outset, we’d never have known Hitler.

Two of the more bizarre statements you have made lately.

==Osama bin Lauden is not Arafat. I used bin Lauden as an example, not Arafat.

So you admit that Arafat was a Marxist-Leninist. That’s a start.

Now some more from your ignorant quiz:

Your Quiz question #1: In 1968 Bobby Kennedy was shot and killed by: (a) A salesman from Utah (b) An construction worker (c) A college student on Spring Break (d) Middle Eastern Islamist males between the ages of 17 and 40.

My answer:

“Sirhan was born in Jerusalem to a Palestinian Christian family and immigrated as a child to the United States with his family. In his adult life, however, he made several religious conversions, joining Baptist and Seventh-day Adventist churches, and dabbled in the occult.”

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sirhan_Sirhan

He (Sirhan) told Weidner, “There is no God. Look at what God has done for the Arabs! And for the Palestinians! How can we believe in God?”

http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/Read.aspx?GUID=3114ABEF-4F87-4987-A263-E71D81ABD9AD

The only Arab leader he really admired was Nasser (secular socialist) and he thought Nasser’s policies were right. The Arabs had to build themselves up and fight Israel, that was the only way. The only outside friend the Arabs had was Russia, but, according to Sirhan, Russia had not proved a good enough friend during last June’s fighting (Six Day War).”
