Good frickin grief? FBI investigation? How about the SEALs or the USMC investigating with their weapons. Obama is a sick joke.

Ummmm..., another “police action”.... LOL...

Actually, Obama should get the U.S. *out of there* and leave it to the other countries who “supported” the problem for years by paying ransoms to the pirates. Let the rest of the world take care of their own problems...

Get the U.S. out!

“World... take care of your own pirates!”

Well, gee, didn’t Slick’s prosecutions from WTC #1 put an end to future threats?

Remember, 0bama no longer uses the terms terror, terrorism, War on Terror, or other appropriate terminology.

0bama is a traitor. 0bama is a sell-out to his Islamic brethren. 0bama is a direct threat to the US.

So he gets elected president...

Tell me our country isn’t messed up.

Its truly bizarroland out there.

Its only common sense that these pirates should never be brought to America under any circumstance.

I can see it now, we’ll have to give visas to the pirates family members so they can give aid to their relative in their time of need. And then, after they are acquitted on a technicality I guess they’ll stay.

There is a legal terminology (Latin) that is normally applied to high-seas pirates and thieving killers. It means “enemy of the world” or somethng to that effect. It also means that by international law, these thugs have no rights and can be delt with accordingly, i.e. no quarter, to Miranda rights, no habeus corpus etc. What is that terminology? I heard it on Rush the other day but did not have a chance to write it down. Why the ____ is this not being applied here?

Now that the FBI is involved, I guess we can expect that the “pirates” are protected by “rights” guaranteed to them under the U.S. Constitution. ROTFL! Now I know why Hillary was laughing. I find that absurd also but not quite as funny as she does.

Can you imagine Thomas Jefferson’s marines having to read the Barbary pirates their Miranda rights?

International waters - FBI? Investigation? The freakin’ pirates hijack two ships and the FBI is going to investigate? Investigate what? How Hussein is sending Easter greetings (to America according to him is non-Christian) but nothing about the hijacking? T. Jefferson would have already nuked their base ....

The way to deal with these pirates is to tell them that if they harm Captain Phillips, they will be killed on the high seas. That if they release him, they will be towed to Somali waters. Then two them to the twelve mile limit, cut the two rope, and machine gun a dozen holes into the lifeboat and leave. Don’t shoot the pirates but let them either swim to shore or be eaten by the sharks or drown—which ever is, as they say, al-Lah’s will.

I have heard that they at least know the locations of some of the luxury homes owned by the pirates. Why not shell a few while they are waiting to resolve this? Good training for the gunners mates.

I think the latin term for “enemy of mankind” i.e., a person who has, by his actions, placed himself outside of the human race... is:

Hostis humani generis

The FBI investigating this is a waste of time. If B HO really wants to get tough, he needs to secure a United Nations Security Council Resolution condemning Piracy!

Yeah, that’ll teach them all!

Okay, sarcasm gone now.

“federal charges”

How freaking bizzarre. This occurred on the high seas in international waters. Kill them all and be done with it.

I can’t believe the stupidity coming out of this administration.
