As Rush says, there is an expiration date for everything that comes out of Obama’s mouth.

Under what law were they thinking of prosecuting them?

Dunno if this is good news.

Obama kept all the surveillance provisions of the Patriot Act, too, and fully intends to use them... on his political enemies.

But it’s a lie. The truth is, and they damn well know it, that this opens individuals up to civil lawsuits, crminal lawsuits brought by individual leftist/libtard prosecutors (think Ronnie Earl or the guy who put US Marines on trial in the USA for actions in the line of duty in Iraq) not to mention “international human rights tribunals’, the ‘world court’ and socialist judges in Spain.

Shame on Obama. What a terrible decision, driven totally by far left idiots.

...because the CIA knows that Obama was born in Kenya and it would come out at every trial.

When I said “What a terrible decision” above I was commenting on the earlier linked story about his decision to release the CIA memos on interogation. That is a pandora’s box he will live to regret in my opinion. The fact that HE says HE won’t prosecute people doesn’t protect them, for the reasons I eleaborate above.

That’s it, right there. Go Gordon!

That's because Pelosi and Reid approved the waterboarding beforehand.

That is probably the problem. They found out there wasn’t a law against it. However, I am surprised that didn’t impede them from prosecuting them anyway.

Sounds like they found out through polling this was not a good idea...and if he wants to keep outrage going just convict the party that caused us NO terrorist acts the whole 8 years as President!!!!!
