Oh, sorry, I take that back. This apparently just passed (one house?) the legislature. Course given that Palin is Gov, I assume she’ll sign it. The place I was thinking of where this actually has already become law is MT.
Again, what will Alaska do when the BATF starts their raids? Or when the Fed pulls all money out?
Don’t get me wrong, I hope this works. But the Feds will not take kindly to being denied.
Don’t know. Hopefully they’ve thought that through and have a way to hit back. If this becomes widespread, the feds might back off somewhat knowing they can’t take on everyone at the same time.
