Instead of life in prison, the person should surrender his organs to those who would benefit. Once the heart lungs, kidneys, eyes and teeth have been harvested the person would be set free!

Would you want the organs of an evil man to be in your body? We do not know if there would be a transference of characteristics...
Yet, the person who does need new organs may reject that man's organs even though they may be medically compatible.
