I thought it was his rank as well.....I found a bit more info when searching for LEIUTENANT, but not much.

Cleopatra (why am I thinking of Miss Cleo? ), LEIUTENANT, Ebony. Wonder if Ebony has a twin named Ivory?

On a serious note, I wonder if the prosecutor argued personal safety? Next question: Who was the judge

re: "personal recognizance"
Does that mean no bond? Isn't it unusual to release someone on personal recognizance with felony drug charges and credit card fraud charges?
