Would anyone mind if I hit the "abuse" button the next time there is a thread posted from the news wires about her?
Yes, this post in and of itself violates my desire, but can this be the last thread about her?
Please??

What you do is your own business. But banning Meghan articles from FR will have the very opposite effect cyber-wise from what you might like to see as a result.
Why not just ignore the threads

Ban her. She is tiresome and I am sick of seeing her name in a meaningless headline.
To: fishtank
Absolutely. This whole "free speech" thing is waaaaay overrated, and frankly, getting a little out of hand.
Truthfully, I think Meggie Mac provides some badly needed comic relief, as she attempts to redefine the Republican Party, aided and abetted by the MSM.

Would anyone mind if I hit the "abuse" button the next time there is a thread posted from the news wires about her? Yes, I would mind. Like it or not, she IS in the news. How about if we just mock her? Would that meet your approval?

Little acorn didn’t fall far from the RINO tree, did she?
I’m all in favor banning her mention, frankly.

Would anyone mind if I hit the "abuse" button the next time there is a thread posted from the news wires about her? Why would you hit abuse? Because it isn't what you want to see posted? Sheesh--I'd have to hit abuse 100 times a day if those were the rules. Does it violate FR rules to highlight the acts of an enemy of conservatism? Ms. Meghan is just another Cindy Sheehan type, with an (R) next to her name
but can this be the last thread about her?
Obviously not.

Most of the “anti-Meghan thread” comments could be said of every high-profile dhimmicrat. None of which calls for banishment for being posted. They’re in the news. Either you click on it our you don’t. Why don’t you include a call to ban threads on Reid, Pelosi, Murtha, Specter, yadayadayada .... I’m sick of them too.

No, conservatives need to be reminded on a regular basis what the GOP has become and why it is dead as a political instrument for conservatism. Meghan McCain and her daddy are poster pin ups for the “new” GOP. Let’s keep them front and center as a reminder of vigilance and as a motivator for supporting and voting for conservatives.

Here’s the latest Meghan article here
I’m sick of them too so I just loaded a few keywords to the article - might be a better thing to do than the ‘abuse’ button [don’t know FR’s position on her]
I’m sick of her too
We also need some photoshopped pics of her to add to each thread

Meghan McCain: Can we ban mentioning her on FR???
I wouldn't mind her being mentioned and quoted as long as we tagged her as what she actually represents. So, from now on, we should refer to her as "Meghan McCain, democratic party spokesperson". Or, "Meghan McCain, democratic party political adviser". Or, "Meghan McCain (R-ino)". Or, "Meghan McCain, loser who thinks her father's views carry any weight with real conservatives / republicans". Or, "Meghan McCain, Maverick". Or, "Meghan McCain, a maverick who believes that the republicans' best chances are to start acting like democrats". Or, "Meghan McCain, embedded democrat within republican ranks". Or, "Meghan McCain, misguided RINO child of a misguided RINO senator".
