Gals walk around with their boobs hanging out and their skirts hiked up to their upper thigh and they get offended when some elderly guy takes some shots of them. They think its' sooooo offensive and invadings.

The “hiding in the bushes” mentioned in the article is probably enough to cause upset, by itself.

Improper photography...Is there a proper way to take pictures of women from behind a bush?

The guard initially approached Jackson after noticing he was adjusting the lens of his digital camera on a woman in a yellow dress on the other side of a dolphin pool, according to an arrest affidavit.
The guard asked to see the camera and found at least 12 pictures of the women, some of them focusing on their cleavage, upper legs and buttocks, the affidavit states.

Just think about what he does in his spare time. There’s no room in society for perverts!! This WAS offensive and invasive and disgusting.
How do you know how the women he was taking pics of were dressed? And, it really doesn’t matter - he was in the wrong not them. I guess if he raped one of them you would think it was their fault because of the way they dressed.

Jackson was charged with improper photography.I don't understand this one. He is an old perv who likes to look. If he set up a camera to take pics in a changing room, yes, that is wrong.
But pics at a public park? Help me understand this one.

We tell people, “Take a picture, it’ll last longer.” But when they do.....sheesh.
To: frankenMonkey
I want to charge the government with improper photography!
There are millions of official cameras busy watching us.

...whatever that is. Believe it or not, in Texas, taking photographs of people in public places without their permission and with the intent to sexually arouse is called "improper photography" and is a felony sex offense.
There's been much discussion of this law and the various civil liberty aspects of it on several photography forums.
